$1.2 Million Dollar Verdict Reached in Favor of Motorcyclist

Victim of motorcycle accident represented by Gibson Hughes Attorneys at Law awarded $1.2 million for injuries involved in serious accident.

Attorney Rob Gibson represented a 34 year old substitute teacher.   He was riding his motorcycle home from school when the defendant made a left turn in front of him and a violent collision occurred.    Plaintiffs argued the defendant was at fault for the unsafe left turn, and the defendant countered by saying the plaintiff was at fault because he was riding his motorcycle 80 mph through a residential area.    The jury believed the plaintiff and awarded $1.2 million for the significant injuries suffered by the plaintiff.
