Recovery resulting from death of 43 year old wife/mother, and injuries to 3 occupants in vehicle.   Plaintiffs were rear ended on the 15 freeway by a negligent driver.    Litigation uncovered that driver was “working” at the time of the incident, and that there was a potential defect in the restraint system.    Recovery came from negligent driver, his employer and manufacturer of plaintiffs automobile.
