Plaintiff injured herself at a shopping mall when she slipped on a wet floor.  Gibson and Hughes Law argued in this case the existence of a dangerous condition and the defendant had notice of the dangerous condition.  A settlement was reached at $300,000 to compensate for medical expenses, loss of income, and pain and suffering.
