Slip-Trip and Fall

A Slip/Trip and Fall is an injury which occurs when someone slips, trips or falls as a result of a dangerous or hazardous condition. The property owner may be liable if the slip and fall was preventable due to negligent and or unsafe conditions as property owners are legally required to maintain safe premises for visitors, customers, bystanders, and members of the public. A wet floor, an unstable walkway or a poorly hung light fixture can lead to injury on the premises. When property owners fail to maintain safe premises and injuries or death results from their negligence, the injured person may be able to claim compensation for their medical bills, lost wages and other costs related to the accident. If you or someone you know has been injured in a slip and fall accident, you need a law office with experience in Premises Liability Cases, Contact Gibson & Hughes Attorneys at Law for a Free Case Evaluation.
